Attention Boaters and Beach Goers

  • Stop the spread of invasive species, keep your boats clean and dry!  This lake is known have Eurasian Milfoil, Starry Stonewort, Curly-Leaf Pondweed, Zebra Mussels and Corbicula which were transferred here from other lakes. Do not make this problem worse or allow these problems to impact other lakes!
  •              Clean: remove visible plants, mud, fish or animals from your boat, trailer or   other equipment before and after launching. 
  •              Drain: drain all water from live wells, bilges, motors, transoms, and other containers before leaving launch area. 
  •              Dry: allow your boat to dry for a minimum of 5 days in a sunny location before transferring to a new body of water. Or consider chlorine treatment.
  • No live bait allowed from outside lake sources
  • Practice catch and release for all bass and northern pike
  • Do not feed geese, ducks or waterfowl
  • Pick up all litter and keep your beach clean
